By Miles, a leading UK car insurance company, proudly sponsored a travel documentary series airing on ITV. Building on our prior collaboration, they enlisted my expertise to animate six fun character-driven idents, framing the documentary and its commercial breaks. 
Their in-house team crafted six fun scenarios, showcasing how their pay-by-mile car insurance model saves money for occasional drivers. Each scenario humorously depicts characters trying out different ways to get around, which then takes a humorous turn.
Excited to breathe life into these storyboard designs, I set out to pump each ident full of personality, humour, and energy. I animated at a lower frame rate of 12fps to lean into the retro-inspired designs, using mostly frame-by-frame techniques with keyframed paths.
